Working within the bank controls reconciliations team, preparing reconciliations for a high volume of bank accounts and distributing relevant queries to resolver teams.
I have developed my analytical skills, my time management and communication skills.
Due to the volume of Kaplan modules I am expected to complete as well as studying for my professional exams, I feel pressured and do not particularly enjoy the programme.
Regular catch up calls are booked to communicate with talent coach however certain areas seem pretty vague such as study times during work.
I receive study days for my exams and financial backing.
I have use of the resources however struggle with the 2.5 hour lectures that are provided to cover the syllabus. Though there are additional resources available.
I don't feel this is the case.
