  • Working within the bank controls reconciliations team, preparing reconciliations for a high volume of bank accounts and distributing relevant queries to resolver teams.

  • I have developed my analytical skills, my time management and communication skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Due to the volume of Kaplan modules I am expected to complete as well as studying for my professional exams, I feel pressured and do not particularly enjoy the programme.

  • Regular catch up calls are booked to communicate with talent coach however certain areas seem pretty vague such as study times during work.

  • I receive study days for my exams and financial backing.

  • I have use of the resources however struggle with the 2.5 hour lectures that are provided to cover the syllabus. Though there are additional resources available.

  • I don't feel this is the case.
