    • I have learnt lots of new skills and enhanced some existing skills.

    • I do enjoy the programme, the biggest challenge is ensuring I dedicate enough time to completing it.

    • Very well structured. Lots of support, resources etc.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • The business do encourage and support me to complete my apprenticeship. I am given time to complete my activities despite me not always taking advantage of this.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I have a great L&D Coach and the Tutors are always on hand should I need them. I couldnt find my provider (CIPD via Avado) in the drop down menu.

    • It has certianly helped me develop my skills and ehnanced my in role capability.

  • 9a. Would you recommend RSA Insurance Ltd to a friend?

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • It is a fantastic place to work. The company itself provide substantial benefits alongside priceless benefits such as flexible working, working from home. This maximised motivation and loyalty. The people are wonderful and supportive and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Insurance Ltd?

    • Do it! Give it your all - don't take the proverbial and you will be handsomely rewarded. It isn't all about money - My role gives me the opportunity to be myself, flexibility to navigate my own workload. I feel like an adult, I feel empowered, I feel heard.
