  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed learning about myself and using different tactics in order that I can not only manage myself but also others more effectively. It was learning about the skills I already had and actually enhancing them and/or putting a name to them. It was the actual learning and the challenges I face in my day to day role

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was well organised and structured and I was able to follow through on what I was learning about leadership and management with that of the teams I am managing. I was able to apply the knowledge and skills learnt to my project and also to other work I was asked to do as I was asked to provide work processes for another team of people with limited knowledge and experience

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Whilst my employers encouraged me I had minimal support from my first Unit Leader but since the start of the course I have had 2 further Unit Leaders who have positively encouraged me in completion of the course and also have provided me with feedback on same. They have also given me the opportunity to put my new skills and knowledge into practice at work

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have received positive encouragement and felt that I could either telephone or e-mail my course manager if I had any issues/concerns regarding the course. The content of the course itself was broken down into theory and practical which could be applied to my role and I could use when attending meetings.
