  • It's enjoyable knowing that I'll be learning new skills and topics. It does however take up a lot of your free time.

  • Very well set out structure with a clear plan of what I need to do and within what timescales.

  • My employer and direct line manager fully support the apprenticeship and qualification aimed for.

  • Regular Monthly/Quarterly meetings and catch ups. One to One guidance on what I should be doing.

  • Very well. It's a recognised Industry qualification

  • Very supportive company with a clear strategy. RSA provide the perfect platform to develop your career.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Insurance Ltd?
  • RSA are a well established Insurance company with over 300 years experience in the Insurance market. You can learn a lot working at RSA. My advice would be to promote your own personal development. If you put the effort in, you'll get a lot back.
