Analysing system handle time, defect manager and PM for a web chat project
Yes, but mostly theory of PM than actual skills
Very poor, I have had a really bad experience so far. I am dyslexic so my struggle has been felt to a greater extent than my peers. my whole group have had a bad experience. very poorly organised, bad communication, poor resources to work from. I consider myself a life learner but this has really put my off any further study.
As above- extremely poorly. Kaplan sent the incorrect dates out for workshops resulting in missed learning away days, unclear timeline and late delivery of material. We had to have a group call with rsa and Kaplan to feedback all the issue -its been that bad. I failed my exam and since found a study guide from the official examiner which I didn't know prior to the exam was available. This is VERY different to the material I received from the training group and far FAR superior and the official guide directly contradicts the sample guide from Kaplan.
funded resit and accommodation for exam stop over.
Support? I got sent subpar training material and that's it. My "expert coach" wasn't contactable for questions. its been a joke!
non at all. it is the official APM guide which has taught me that I found after the exam fail
No
Yes
Good pension and career progression if you look for it.
N/A. Loo for opportunists and they are not given. location is difficult if you are in the northeast as very little progression paths.
