I am a home tech underwriter , I deal with referrals from different schemes and brokers and refer directly with Head office. I liase with the fraud department, claims and underwriting. I conduct training and calibration sessions with A licences and help to train new A licences. I undertake referral audits to ensure everybody is acting within the correct licence
I have learnt a lot about the insurance industry as a whole and have a much deeper understanding of the principles of insurance . It has been good to learn about a wide variety of insurance markets as I come from a home only background.
I really enjoy expanding my knowledge .
Very easy to navigate and well structured
I rarely receive the required time so do a lot of work in my own time
My talent coach provides lots of great support
It helps me to understand my referrals on a deeper level and I produce better referrals myself now.
