  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The recruitment part was disjointed You get regular meetings with your external learning development coach and i have found this useful for help with my assignments The tutor videos are very useful but could be a lot earlier- the questions on HIVE are quite dated so having our tutor video earlier we can ask questions and understand the module earlier- sometimes the are 2 weeks into the module

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am already in a HR Advisor role therefore i don't believe this has helped me learn a lot more, however its been a reminder and also confirmed i am following the correct processes and completing these to a high standard. This has confirmed my internal training from my employer is at very high standard industry level. It would be very beneficial to a new starter
