After 5 months I had a first call with my talent coach. Instructions were given, but I haven't been on the programme long enough to comment
My employer has been really good, making sure I get enough time for my studies and supporting
Tutors have been really helpful so far, very quick to answer any questions (emails). clear directions and expectations given, friendly, respecting individuality.
Technical knowledge gained to perform and develop in my job and career. I believe, once the programme kicks off, it will aid me in developing personally and professionally in my role allowing me to progress. Gain managerial skills.

employer who moves with the time, puts their employees first, invest in their development. Recognising that every one of us is an individual and are treated that way. Respecting employees private lives and supporting in this way. Make us feel appreciated.
Apprenticeship is a hard work, fully research what you are getting yourself into. Make sure you get full support from your leaders, which is very important. Speak to other students on the programme. There's a reward at the end.
