On a date to date basic i make sure all of the job numbers have been set up in our system for our jobs on site to start. I then loh all of the vehicles which has been driven. I also order PPE and and stock up o supplies.
I have learned many skills since joining my work. I have developed y skills in communication as in my job i communicate all the time with internal and also external people.
I absolutely love my job and would highly recommend to anyone who is self motivated and who is a good communicator and also someone who can work in a team.
My programme is very well structured where everyone knows what is expected from me and where i am in my progression and programme.
I get a lot of support from my employer, they help me when i am stuck or confused about something and are always there to explain why we do stuff and how we do it.

I believe that it helps a lot as i can use the skills i have gained through the qualification. This then motivates me in my work
We offer a PT classes on a friday afternoon where everyone can take part and socialize.
