Supervision of overall site production with a few external demands in regards to other sites
Developed an endless amount of skills since joining Tarmac, not only reflective within work but also my personal life
Highly enjoy
Very structured (even though unforeseen circumstances means sometimes you can't always follow) but in my personal opinion, I've learn more from the unstructured part of my training program than the structured part

Does help slightly but the majority of my skills and developments has come from on the job training on site
Yes there are plenty of opportunities to network.

They've given me an opportunity and always been massively supportive towards myself
