On a day-to-day basis I attempt to proactively intervene with an accident and get the third party involved to accept our repairs and a hire vehicle as this saves the company money
I have learnt much of the insurance industry and how it operates as well as improving on previous sales knowledge
I thoroughly enjoy the programme as the I enjoy the processes and the people I work with
The programme is very well structured within the business however the external company that deal with the apprenticeship side can be fairly unorganised e.g forgetting meetings, leaving work un-marked for extended periods of time
I receive as much support as is needed
The support is varied as the office is in a different city to where we work so we rely on email communications which can more often than not get left unanswered for a long period of time
As it gives me a better understanding of the role and processes
Yes if you wish to join these there are many that you can join
Yes
Because it is a very professional place to work and the people who work here are fantastic
Take the role seriously as well as having fun
