Yes
RSA offers a well structured apprenticeship programme, with plenty of support from the training provider. You are given a great degree of responsibility and feel a valued member of the team. They provide a challenging work environment which can motivate you to do more in the workplace, as well as a wide range of benefits that can be tailor-made depending on your preferences. There is a clear pathway upon completion of my apprenticeship through to a full time role within the company.
Before joining RSA it is difficult to fully understand the true role of an underwriter. Ensure you do enough research about the job role as there are often misconceptions that it is a purely number crunching role whereas there is much more critical thinking applied than a pure numbers based role.
