I manage the relationship between RSA and some of our retail partners.
Yes I have learnt how to apply some new skills that i have learnt on the apprenticeship. Skills such as more effective time management and better organisation of my workload.
I have enjoyed this thoroughly however i have felt that i wasn't given enough information before embarking on this journey. Also there as been a lot of chasing for dates and ensuring i was booked on for exams and it shouldn't have needed me chasing!
Not as great as it could have been, the dates for development days weren't always communicated out and there was a mix up with the exam dates i was booked on for and i just think this needed better management.
I have received a lot of support internally
The support has been good from Kaplan.
It has allowed me to develop new skills and also evoke a different way of approaching tasks.
yes ad hoc.
Yes
