I work in the Technical home claims team, I provide coaching for the handlers and help with any referrals that they may have.
yes though my CII apprenticeship, this has also helped me in my daily role also
I really enjoy it as I am given time every week to study and i get time to fully digest the information which is really helpful for making it stick
Very well - I have monthly catch ups with my tutor and she talk me through what to expect next.
I receive a lot of support as not only do I get time each week I also get revision days when I have an exam booked.
I feel apart from the monthly catch ups I don't really here from them.
as the apprenticeship im studying is relevant I find it really helps me in my role
not really.
Yes
great support to help you progress.
That if you want to come in and just do your job and go home then RSA is good for that but if you want to come to work and progress then RSA is even better for this as they really support you with any ambitions you may have. I feel very supported by RSA.
