I am a business trainer, I complete training across different products.
I have been able to develop my own skills by understanding more about training needs analyst. I have also been able to learn more about adult learning and the best way to make sure there is a positive impact.
Overall I have found this program enjoyable, and extremely helpful with my current role.
unfortunately, there wasn't a lot of structure or organisation at the beginning of the program however, as time has got close to the end we seem to have more of an understanding to what's happening and what is being asked of us.
I receive the right amount of support for myself, I get given the dedicated hours needed to work on my assignments and there is always someone who is willing to help if needed.
I receive the right amount of help needed for myself, I am quite self efficient so I don't rely on a lot of help however, when I submit my assignments I get a response within a few days with either feedback on what was good or what needs to be amended.
I feel that the tools I have learnt are beneficial and will be adaptable within any business role I go into.
Currently we don't have any of them
