General help with project management activities. Specific tasking such as regular reporting into meetings. Given responsibility for some fairly high profile projects which really aids learning.
Have developed the need to behave professionally having come straight from school it was a big jump. Communication skills have greatly improved along with the ability to manage difficult stakeholders.
To a good extent - a lot of people really value apprentices and do invest the time in trying to help. Although it really does depend on the team you're in.
Is a new structure for my year so still things to put into place - fairly basic at the moment. Have regular reviews with the head of early careers to ensure I am on track.

Very good place to start your career, lots to learn and a good community of other apprentices and grads around to help.
Character and soft skills are just as important for the workplace as academic qualifications.
