    • Have been put on tarmac automation ready mix project where I am going round different sites in order to achieve remote batching by the end of 2020

    • Really enjoyed my time at tarmac so far and looking forward to what the future holds with company

    • Very well organised I am told things well in advance so I have maximum time to prepare

    • A lot, they are always a phone call away If you need them and are always doing regular reviews

    • Some good support, hard sometimes as it is a online learning course

    • Very much so as the course is very specific to my role as a higher apprentice

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Yes I take part in a thing called warning zone where I teach young kids about the dangers that face them in the outside world.

    • Yes

    • Because it a company that takes safety of its employees very seriously and also it's a great place to potentially move up the ladder

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tarmac?

    • Just always ask for things to do and keep yourself busy and enjoy what you do
