I am responsible for a team of 10-15 people in a contact centre environment taking calls from customers. I deal with complaints from customers, review KPIs manage budgets, deal with any absence or timekeeping issues and rate performance.
I have learnt a lot of new skills as I was quite new to leadership and as such its given me a different perspective and view of how to deal with different issues. I feel much more confident in dealing with the people issues now.
I really enjoyed the programme. My mentor was great and very supportive and there was some really interesting learning material .
My programme was well structured and it was clear what I needed to complete and when.
I received an adequate amount of support when I asked for it. There was some on the job learning but I did put a lot of my own time into the course.
I received a lot of support. My mentor was always just a phone call or email away and no question was a problem for her.
Much better. I think all new leaders should consider the course as it was great for confidence and development.
Yes lots. I am a member of the charity committee and we have lots of social events planned too by our social committee
Yes
Its a great place to work
To give it a chance. You may not start in the role that you want but there is a lot of opportunity for progression. Stick with it, put the time in and the company will support you in your development
