Civil Engineer/Technican, providing technician support to junior member of staff whilst developing engineering skills for my degree apprenticeship and EPA
Yes, I started the apprenticeship with very little knowledge I now have a professional qualification (EngTech)
A lot. I find the programme very intense yet very interesting
It could be better. There are some areas which are a bit unclear, such as the 20% OJT.
My employer will offer me all the support I require. However there maybe some areas such as exam leave which could be improved
University provide the initial course and any other help regarding assignments/exams
For the job I work in the theory side of what I do doesn't often come into play as it is mostly on te job training where I learn my skills. However as I developed im sure what I learn will help
