Look at Siemens Apprenticeship data breaking it down into different reports, dashboards and visuals. This done for both Siemens contracted and non-contracted apprentices
I have learnt about ILR returns, apprenticeship programmes, qualifications and different data analyst skills. This will be from data mining to different ways to present data
I have enjoyed being in a professional environment working for a large company in which is global. Also, been enjoying the programme in which I am on learning about data analyst and how apply new skills.
I feel my programme is well structured with GK Apprenticeships as well as with Siemens. With GK I've been informed of different elements of my course which I don't understand and going forward looks clear. With Siemens they allow me team to gain my 20% off the job
I feel comfortable with the support I receive off my employer and any possible issues I feel I could have are quickly solved. Whether this college or personal concerns.
With support from my training provider I have consistent monthly calls with my development coach and can email, text or call him if any concerns. In the beginning I had issues once I voiced these concerns they were quickly sorted out and my development has expanded
I feel my qualification helps the understanding and performance in my role because of new topics in which I learn and therefore can apply. Only issue is with the some of the theory I find it complicated and difficult to understand. The E-Learning platform is outdated and difficult to understand
I get involved in near to none extra curricular activities because I know of very little which goes on. Us as a team tend to only go out on social activities at key times of the year (e.g. Christmas) however would be good if could be more extra-curricular things to do.
Yes
The chance to work in a professional global company like Siemens is an opportunity which doesn't come along often. If offered a job this puts you in a great stand point to move up through Siemens or through any business. Would Recommend
I would suggest that any apprentice trusts the process and carries it through this is because can be complicated to understand at the start however will become much more simpler to understand.
