I have to attend collage on a daily basis from 9:15 in the morning to 4:20 or 4:50 depending on the day on the time table I have to learn engineering skills in the workshop on machinery and hand fitting as-well as academic skills In the classroom
I have learnt many knew skills especially in the workshop learning how to operate machines such as lathes and milling machines boosting my confidence in my abilities.
I enjoy my program a lot it has giving me purpose and the ambition to succeed in my career the work interests me and I have made many knew friends inside BAE and in collage making the experience even better.
The program is very well structured and organised making it easy for me to follow and communicate with my superiors.
My employer is very reassuring that there is always help they can offer me in every aspect from collage work to well and still making me feel comfortable enough to ask for for help when I need it.
I receive a satisfactory amount of help from my training providers when I ask for it.
I feel most of the skills I am learning in collage can easily be taken back into the work place making me a more efficient worker Which I have already experienced on my time on work placement.
There are many options for extra curricular activities on my collage campus from sports clubs to revision clubs that are always welcome to everyone and are advertised around the collage.
