Currently at collage more than the depot. But when I am at the depot I am assigned with a team to learn and contribute to exams on the trains.
I have learnt to create new drawings, both electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic. Learnt crucial skills that can help me in the future at the depot.
I love the program, I enjoy commuting to work and the time I have at work. It’s fun to learn new things and make new friends.
The program is well structured compared to others. I am happy with the way that this program is progressing.
Our employer visits regularly and I feel that he gives relevant feedback
They supply great support to all the apprentices, they help and support las much as they can and it really helps.
I feel that the training provider has enabled me to have the knowledge for the work that has to be carried out at southeastern. Although I also feel that some of the things we do has no relation to the railway industry and doesn’t affect my learning.
I havn’t been on the job too long but I believe there are football teams and other extra curricular events.
Yes
I feel that southeastern provides the best for its apprentices and it’s employees alike. They create an engaging working environment with the tools to enable students to excel into high jobs.
Try your hardest, pay attention and knuckle down with the collage work. It’s all worth it.
