I’ve really enjoyed the start of my apprenticeship as I am learning a trade I am interested in and I have been given support when needed.
The programme is organised enough to proceed and gain skills. However, a stronger structure could help with apprentices knowing exactly what the schedule is at all times.
I have received all the support needed by my employer. They are amazing at making sure everything is good in our working and personal life and constantly checking if everything is alright with us
