General Programme and Project Management with PMO responsibilities. I tend to be involved and /or leading multiple changes/projects at one time
I have learnt better communication and planning skills and I am more confident when it comes to scheduling activities
I don't tend to enjoy doing the distant learning and the programme got off to a very bad start. I do enjoy the development days and the revision sessions ahead of the PMQ exam
To begin with the organisation was awful. After a few months things improved, but it still feels strange to have completed the qualification months before progressing with the Apprenticeship
I have received full support from my employer
The actual sessions were really good, the organisation of them was really poor
It is a role I was doing anyway, but I do feel my skills have been improved
I work from home, so they are not really relevant to me
Yes
It is a forward-looking and ambitious company and the day-to-day well-being of the staff receives a lot of consideration
Deliver what you say you are going to deliver, be ambitious and considerate
