For two days a week i attend college and for the rest of the week we are on placement. At my current placement I look at our current processes and see if it csan be improved with new technology.
I have learnt new skills like teamwork, communication, adaptability, integrrity and the ability to help and develop others
The programme is hard work but really rewarding if you put the effort in. The main challange is fitting in the revision but if you are organised its easy to work around.
The business has been great at adaptiong to the new programme. Initially it wasn't well structured but they have listened to us and it has become very structured now
The business are really supportive and offer to give you a buddy to help you with college work
There is support if needed asked but they just take a while to respond and impliment it. I have found support from other apprentices to be better
It depends which placement you are on as some things you will use daily and others you may never use
There are lots of extta-curricular activities. Most are well communicated but if you can't find the on eyou are looking for just ask
Yes
It is a really good business to be in because they support your development and there is a lot of room to progress if you want to challange yourself
Just be yourself and if you can show that you are hard working and committed you will go far.
