I have to start and finish chemical processes. this involves doing manual charges and keeping an eye on your plant to make sure nothing goes wrong
I have developed my communication skills due to the fact that you have to learn several ways of communication and how to portray your information to different people
I enjoy my program due to the people that I work with and the support system that I get through the company.
it is very well organised from the first day i knew where i was going to be working and what shift i was under, evern though we were having our induction week
i obtain lots of support from my employer, with having a mentor and an apprentice mentor to support me with college work and my work life.
i have a lot of support from my training provider to seeing them 2 days a week, monthly meetings and being able to contact them through email.
i believe that my qualifications help me to preform better in my role due to the fact that i learn more about my plant and what issues could occur
we have a social and sports club which always has new things planned that you can go to. we also have online seminars to keep up to date with the company. furthermore, we have a kids lab that you can take part in.
