My role involves doing practical work for 4 days for all of the practical assessment and a theory day for the academic side of the course
I have learnt new skills with using new machinery and learning how to fold, bend and roll. sheet material into cubes and cylinder shapes. as well as improving my hand skills along the way.
I really really enjoy the practical side of my programme and working with my hands. the theory side is okay I struggle a little bit with it but I'm sure ill be fine
the programme is organised well and you are allowed enough time for every aspect of the course
I have received a lot of support from my employer. they have helped me out massively and I cant thank them enough
I receive a lot of support and so does everyone else
it helps me perform better knowing that I work for a really big company that is leading in the ministry of defence, and that it also makes me proud to be working for such a prestigious company like BAE
