On my apprenticeship I am treated just like any body else wether you have been here 1 year or 10 years I work on my own day to day basic but there is always support if needed and my well being is always put first
I have learnt so much since working for openreach I am a lot more confident and feel like I’ve achieved so much in just a small amount of time
I have loved every second of it never before have I been excited to get up for work but here I do as no day is the same and that’s the excitement about the job always something new
