The programme is well structured and planned out and clear to understand from beginning to end.
My employer has been very supportive and encouraging of my progress and apprenticeship this includes all senior property members, my line manager and team.
So far the support from my trainer and resources provided have been really useful.
The qualification is quite generic therefore all aspects have and seem engaging and relevant to my current role but also involve skills that overall will support me in my future role as it provides me with experience within a range of areas. The skills I have learnt apply everyday.
There are an incredible amount of extra activities to get involved in especially in regards to charity. For example 2 days paid leave to complete community activites are allowed to everyone.
