Developed existing skills and learned new skills through learning
I enjoy the programme but as much of the content is online distance learning this suits me and how it fits in with my role
There are units that are worked through in a methodical way and you can keep track of progress as you learn
Minimal, just line manager support and contracting regarding the off the job training
Regular calls and meetings when required, also email facility and regular feedback on any work submitted
It provides me with the knowledge and skills to develop and perform to a higher level in my role
