  • I enjoy the programme but as much of the content is online distance learning this suits me and how it fits in with my role

  • There are units that are worked through in a methodical way and you can keep track of progress as you learn

  • Minimal, just line manager support and contracting regarding the off the job training

  • Regular calls and meetings when required, also email facility and regular feedback on any work submitted
