  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Good listening skills, and body language, have improved on those with the help of the apprenticeship conferences. Dealing with difficult situations developed on those again with the help of the apprenticeship program. Learnt a new skill of coaching which I have used in my day to day job roll, helping the team

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme work, as in the actual course work material. However I do have a long way to travel for the actual conference days which is a pain, I travel 3 and a half hours door to door. There and then back. Some days I spend more time travelling than in the actual conference

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It seems like it is some what structured however there has been conferences I have been to where the content doesn’t match the work book also the conference days are not in preset of the work that you need to do on one file so this can be quite confusing

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive so much support from my line manager, however that is where it stops, no one else from the company has been helpful at all which is quite a shame as it would be appreciated. When there is a problem there is a promise of a call back which never comes

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Almost none to be honest apart from our original tutor everyone else has been quite useless, it’s such a shame really as i am interested in the course and the content it’s just a shame how it’s being delivered, could be such a great thing but it’s not

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have learnt much that has helped me with in my role too much to write down here, everything from body language to coaching it is a great course it’s just a shame the company that is used is so poor as I’m sure I could learn so much more

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not as far as I’m aware of, that’s not to say that there isn’t just I’m not aware of that there is, would be great if there is, I would definitely attend, especially if they were football related or something good like that nothing boring please
