I have learned academically and practically everything whatever my business needed. It was a great programme and its very helpful for me.
I have learned every single section in my store. Customer service, leakage, lost and profit, Merchandising, product knowledge.
Mainly I have raised my confidence level that I enjoyed a lot.

It is a great programme to develop yourself and absolutely free.
If they want to progress themselves in workplace there is no other way except Apprenticeship.
