My role is to register and settle household claims by personally managing them and working with suppliers to get this done.
I have developed on my skills in insurance and know more to do with why we use certain laws and processes.
I really enjoy the support we get from RSA with study time, and the extra training we all get. With Kaplan I enjoy the 1-2-1's we receive so we know what we need to develop on.
Very organised, our scheduling team are always supportive with changes to apprentice meetings, but sometimes there are sudden changes made to our schedules from Kaplan which can be inconvenient to ourselves.
Lots of support from managers and other members of staff who may have completed their exams already, and everybody is always happy to help.
Lots of 1-2-1's and other meetings to make sure we are continuously on track and progressing, and providing relevant feedback.
It helps me to understand why certain processes are the way they are, and to help better explain this to our members.
Lots of events to get involved in, and the CII also put on numerous events for which I have attended.
