  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role as a team leader is generally to take care of basic shop tasks such as replenishment of stock and customer service but also involves being responsible for staff and the shop when on shift as duty manager. This involves tasks such as reductions, gap checking and closing the store at the end of the night.
