My Role on a day to day basis, is general running of the store in partnership of the store manager , helping coach and develop our team and keep our store legal
i have learned new skill and developed other skills to a greater knowledge
very enjoyable
organised to an extent, the work load could be delivered with a bit more structure and the coaches could be a bit more proactive with helping

Yes
its a great place to work, all the staff ive come across in all the shops ive worked in are friendly and up for a laugh while they work, we have a lot asked of us but no more then any other work place id imagine
1. Dont underestimate the job and the work load, 2. if you've never worked you backside off for minimum wage doing 60+ hours a week you wont appreciate the job
