Responsible for the deployment of 300 contractors which are hired across Europe working on our wind farms. Other responsibilities include quality management and contractor negotiations with 3rd party suppliers.

Level 4 has been well structured, with regular meetings with assessor and flexible assignment deadlines based on workload.
All the support i requested/required. Work could not have been more supportive with giving access to different parts of the business to help gain evidence required for college work.
As much as required, we had regular meetings but if further support was needed it was only a phone call away.
