Learning delivery facilitator is my role I facilitate learning to colleagues across food, funeral and logistics
Developed existing skills and learnt new skills whilst completing modules
I thoroughly enjoy the program the stretch that it provides and the new knowledge i'm learning

the qualification provides me with information that I wasn't aware of so help with the bigger picture, It's not helped with facilitation skills yet but maybe I've not reached that part and I feel I perform well in this area already
There is from head office but I am field based and quite a distance from head office, local events do happen but not as regular

I have worked for the Co-op for 24years and they still provide me with opportunities to learn and develop I enjoy my job and the stretch that it provides me
Do your back ground research on values and principles and be ready to be involved in the community which is very rewarding
