    9/10

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes

    7/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it to a point; some of learning could be adapted to an individuals preferred learning technique (not so much classroom based)

    7/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is structured okay; you have your individual learning days but organised with venues for classroom days could have been thought out better.

    7/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • To start with very supportive but over time due to the commitments of the classroom training the support has lessened.

    5/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Apprenticeship coaches are very very supportive and understanding (they work in partnership with PeoplePlus and not for the training provider). PeoplePlus are more concerned about their feedback forms at the end of their training day than the day itself

    7/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The elements of my qualification provided by PeoplePlus haven't really contributed to my learning... I have learned a lot more from the Apprenticeship Coaches (working in partnership with PeoplePlus and not for the training provider) as what they are teaching me is what I need to know.

    7/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No

    1/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend Co-op to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I think we do things for the right reasons but like all things we get a little sidetracked now and again.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Co-op?
  • Make sure you understand the commitment; if you don't have the commitment to start with you are in the wrong place.
