Yes, I am learning new things because of the Co-op apprenticeship. It is very useful as I learn more and more things every day. The tutors are very nice and it is a pleasure to work at Co-op. There are many tasks to do every day and it is a very inspiring thing to do.
I agree to a high extent about the program. It is very useful because I learn new words every day and that helps me when I am work.
It is very well structured because they organize the tasks very well and they explain them very briefly. There are many meetings in this apprenticeship and that is good because we get to know the tutors more and they get to know us. Another good thing is when you get to ask doubts.
My manager is supporting me very well because he arranges the rota in order for me to go to the apprenticeship. The HR team is really helpful and supportive because they arrange the tickets for me to travel. The Co-op also helps me out by paying while I am studying.
My tutor is very helpful because when I finish my modules and tasks she marks it and then she discusses with me the corrections. I find this very good because I can learn from my mistakes and carry on to succeed.
My tutors are all experienced people and very smart people and they help me to perform better. The tasks and modules they teach me have all got to do with my job from a day to day basis. The method they teach me helps me remember what they have taught me so I can do well in my job.
When customers buy own brand (Co-op) products or services, 1% goes to the Co-op community fund. This money together with money from carrier bag sales supports projects in local communities. Local Community Fund in my store: Harlington Hospice- £3,500, Hillingdon Asian Women's Group- £2,950 and William Byrd Primary Academy- £4,957.
