Learning fundamental skills for engineering as well as skills such as time management, teamwork and leadership skills.
I have learnt maintenance and assembly skill, soldering and the terminology of the tools, equipment and components.
I enjoy the practical and theory learning as well as the people on my course and the tutors
It could do with some improvements, however it is the first year the college has undertaken this course
There is support for anyone who needs it and there are different platforms to seek help
There is support available, however the number of apprentices can make it difficult for the tutors to be available
It is providing the fundamental knowledge that can be developed and specified to the job role
