I rotated round the 6 main pillars of IBM's Integrated Supply Chain Business. This was great as it allowed me to gain an overall understanding of the ISC - all the jigsaw pieces now fit together and I feel that it will help me with problem solving activities in the future
I have definitely gained communication skills having worked with customers internally and externally

The offsite education courses are what make the apprenticeship unique. They are not only just educational, they are fun too!
I would say I am definitely valued by IBM - proven by my award nominations
Very much so, every rotation I had taken part in had its own assessment plan for me to follow
Again proven by my award nominations
