electrician - working on the ribs for the navy and royal marines: wiring masts, consoles and other electrics as well as working on the engines and other marine systems
loads of new skills such as hands on skills like soldering
I enjoyed this programme lots because I received very good teaching
the organisation is well structured, there is never a time when I am not working or learning something new
you will receive lots of support from the employer and they will help you with any issues that you have
I had a meeting twice a week with my training provider to go through my progress and any issues I had
it helps a lot because I am using the skills that I learned in my job every day
there are social events and sports that you can get involved in easily

it is a great place to work with lots of good opportunities and you will receive a lot of training and help whenever you need it.
