Helping my organisation create a operating model that is fit for the future.
The ability to think critically and practically apply theory in the workplace.
I believe the programme is rewarding. I do think that the split of operational and central functions should be considered more.
The programme appears to he well structured.
I receive time and support from my employer and my manager.
