Yes i have learnt a lot about the financial industry through working within the mortgages department and a lot about customer service through my apprenticeship work
I enjoy the culture of the organisation and my collegues.
I have had a lot of support from my mentor and colleagues the programmes structure i couldn't fault either.
I receive support from my mentor manager and colleagues which is openly there for me if I need it and is always given willingly making me feel comfortable asking for help.
my training provider is not always available and I find it easier to wait until our meetings to ask any questions I have but I do enjoy the work I am given and know if I need more help I could ask for it.
By having a qualification I have a wider knowledge of customer service and can relate things I am doing to things I have been learning through my assignments.
There have been lots of opportunities for networking with other apprentices and graduates on the early talent programme and I have had a lot of opportunities to meet people from other departments but they aren't social events. In my departments however there have been a few social events.
Yes
I have been supported I am treated fairly and was made to feel very welcome.
A tip I would give would be to look at all the behaviours and try think how you have demonstrated these behaviours thinking of examples for each.
