Providing 2nd line risk management oversight and supports the development and evolution of the risk framework across the Saga Group.
I've learnt to be more confident around asking for feedback
The program helps to enhance your skills and behaviors, however sadly feels more of a tick box exorcise. It is not easy to work missions around every day work, this is a compliance apprenticeship not risk!
Poor, BPP don't seem to know what external assessors are expecting from the portfolio. To many changes have take place through out the course. Very little clarity given from skills coach, very much feels like its being made up as they go along.
A fair amount, the difficulty is low head count. Meaning we are unable to work on the apprenticeship in work time. But the apprenticeship manager is amazing and will do whatever she can to help.
There was no support for my qualification as it was a specialist certificate.
It has given me a slightly better knowledge of a compliance process, the qualification i took was the closest thing I could find that was related to me role.
