I'm a receptionist at Premier Inn which involves checking guests in to the hotel, ensuring their visit is enjoyable as can be, answering their queries, dealing with complaints etc.
Yes I've learnt more in depth knowledge about the organisation I work for.
I enjoy it very much so as it's allowing me to progress in my career and I am gaining further in depth knowledge.
At the beginning not so organised as it took 2 months to be assigned to someone permanently as was being messed around which was not great at all but now it is okay.
Some sort of support now and again otherwise I learn myself.
