  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The apprenticeship is organised well and it gives me valuable work experience in a professional environment, as well as a degree without the debt of going to uni. Being in an office full of professionals in the field provides a great opportunity to learn skills and gain knowledge in a range of areas.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • During the application process, promote yourself but also be yourself. If you are a natural leader, take charge of that but don't be overwhelming. If you are quiet, that's ok! The company is looking for potential not a perfect individual. You should also be very clear on what the deadlines for the application are as there is very little leeway for lateness!
