My role consists of signing up BT and Openreach Apprentices, following funding rules and standard and framework policies. I do day to day admin work and keep details up to date, whilst meeting new apprentices through inductions.
I Have learnt a various amount of new skills in relation to my role within BT and I have defiantly developed on pre existing ones such as time management, IT skills, Confidence and communication
This is Completely new to me and from what I have experienced I have enjoyed all aspects. I have received sup[port and guidance and also been given independence and responsibilities
I believe it is well structured However I do believe that I think that more time/ Lesson styles should be provided for learners as not all learners work/Learn in the same style and may need more support.
I do receive lot of through my employer in all aspects not just work related
I get a fair amount of support when requested however my assessor has to travel down to meet me for a workshop which isn't always convenient
All that I learn through my Qualification will benefit me in my role and help me understand and improve my work
Yes there are a variety of each events, networking platforms and meetings. I am unsure of activities and sports but there are plenty of people willing to answer my questions
Yes
Very Supportive, exciting career adventure. great team to work for, enjoy my work and that's what matters
Go for it! be yourself, Show your commitment and take the leap. You wont regret it!
