I work on 21CN Network planning and repairing Ethernet Circuit faults for corporate customers. When a customer orders a circuit, I will be in the front line planning its near exchange, what bandwidths and the length of cable it requires. Send this information to FE to execute the plan.
I have learnt how 21CN platform works and how this allows businesses across Britain runs its organisations. I have also learnt many other software and how the application works.
I enjoy work at BT in my current role very much. Great opportunity and flexible working.
It is well organised as I know what I am expected to do every month for both my academic aspect as well as job learning.
I receive very much support from my coach in regards to my NVQ and from my line manager in relation to job role and how I can progress in my career.
Very much. We have one day workshop every month to catch up and ask any questions I may have.
A lot.
I had the opportunity to do volunteering work for BT with Stand up to cancer organisation. This was very good.
