DAY TO DAY Responsibilities: • Install new telecommunication equipment in customer’s premises • Resolve issue with customers networks fault finding • Ability to communicate with customer of different level and in the organisation • Able to work independently and to plan ahead • Good time management skills • The ability to multitask on the job • Answering the phone with excellent communication skill • Plan /schedule meeting and appointments
